In my unnamed office building, 30 out of the 120 bathrooms contain something called “female urinals.” They look like this. I have no idea how to use them. Luckily a high-level governmental official has been made aware of the problem.

It's better than some of the toilets here. Way better.
Another thought: I think it's designed for women who are more comfortable squatting instead of sitting on a toilet seat. It probably also reduces water usage instead of having a powerful flush just for pee.
