I’m OBSESSED with this band called “Fun.” My use of actual quotes there is in place of air quotes. No, those air quotes aren’t part of the name, but just typing the name Fun. sans quotes makes it look like a typo. There is, in fact, a period in the band’s name. And that’s unfortunate (think “!!!” – again, air quotes are my own – that might be the worst band name ever).
You want people to google your band, right? THEN DON’T MAKE IT REALLY HARD TO GOOGLE YOUR BAND NAME.
Seriously. You can’t just Google “fun” or even “fun.” Imagine having that Google Alert.
I will give them credit for managing to get “fun” as their myspace page. HOW WAS THAT NOT TAKEN ALREADY???

Enough bitching, though. I’m obsessed with these dudes. I love them so much that I will forgive the band name, and instead I will complain that they are not playing in NYC soon. They played back in mid September but I didn’t know them then so that doesn’t count.
