The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge, UK has an ancient Roman swiss army knife dating to 200-300 AD in their collection (they’re calling it a “compound utensil”). My boss sent me this a few days ago and I thought it was a nerdy April fools joke but apparently it’s the real deal. Cool eh? You can see the museum’s full catalog entry HERE.
